As the Chairman of UKMSA, Dr. Maruthappu set out to make UKMSA the regional support network for all UK-based medical students. Having had an impressive publishing record and more than 75 awards to his name, he is a vocal advocate of supporting students' educational journeys. Since then, he has gone on to serve as the CEO of Cera, a digital-first home healthcare company, and a board member of the NHS Innovation Accelerator as well.

As the general secretary, Nitika aims to work with the UKMSA's aim of becoming a unifying organization. She aims to work with various members of the team, to ensure that there is quality, integrity, vision, and adequate representation, in every endeavor and regard.

As the outreach lead, Ahmed aims to convert UKMSA into a hub - a place for organizations across the UK and worldwide to work together collaboratively!

As the outreach officer, he hopes to support students across the UK and remove disparities in teaching and research. He is also planning on forming collaborative links with universities in providing equal teaching and research opportunities

As the media lead, Muhammad aims to devise expansion strategies to make UKMSA the 'go-to' regional spot for all UK medical students. With this particular role, he hopes that UKMSA's true aim is brought to the masses.
